Springville is the southernmost stop on our regular route, a small historic village inside the Town of Concord near the border of Cattaraugus County, well outside Buffalo's main suburban ring. The Springville Center for the Arts, housed partly in the old Concord Town Hall building, anchors a genuinely walkable downtown, and the surrounding countryside turns noticeably more rural and hilly than anywhere closer to the city, with working farms and older farmhouses common on the outskirts. Because Springville sits further from Lake Erie's moderating effect, winters here tend to run colder and snowier than in towns closer to the lakeshore, a real practical difference from Buffalo's immediate suburbs.

Springville's compact downtown centers on a handful of historic blocks near the Springville Center for the Arts, with older village homes on modest lots close to the center and increasingly rural, hilly terrain as you move out toward the edges of the Town of Concord. Older farmhouses with barns and outbuildings are common on the outskirts, and long gravel driveways are more typical here than anywhere else on our route. Being further from Lake Erie, Springville often sees colder temperatures and more traditional lake-effect-adjacent snow accumulation than towns right along the shoreline.

On private property — a driveway, a yard, a job site — you will not normally need a permit anywhere in Erie County, and that covers the large majority of our Springville deliveries. What matters far more is whether the surface can take the weight and whether the truck can physically get in.
