Blue Bull Dumpster Rental Buffalo ("Blue Bull", "we", "us", "our") is based at 75 Ransier Dr, Buffalo, NY 14224 and operates bluebulldumpsterrental.com as a referral and marketing service. We are not a dumpster operator, hauler or waste-disposal company, and we do not own or operate trucks, roll-off containers or disposal facilities. When you contact us, we connect you with a licensed, independent, local dumpster rental provider ("provider") who fulfills your rental — quoting, contracting with, delivering to, servicing and invoicing you directly. By submitting an inquiry or booking a call you agree to these terms.
1. Our role
Blue Bull serves Buffalo and Erie County by connecting customers with independent, local dumpster rental providers who fulfill the actual rental. We pass along the job details — the material, volume, weight, address and timing you describe — to a provider so they can quote and schedule your delivery. We are the referral connection; the provider is who shows up.
2. Referral compensation
Blue Bull receives a referral fee, commission or other compensation from the provider when you rent a dumpster through a connection we make. Using our referral service does not increase the cost of your dumpster rental — the price you are quoted and charged is the provider's own price, passed through to you unchanged, with no markup added by us. We disclose this relationship here and in our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
3. What a flat rate typically includes
A provider's flat rate typically covers delivery, a seven-day rental period unless otherwise agreed, collection, a stated weight allowance, disposal at a permitted facility, and applicable state and local taxes. The specific rate and terms for your job are confirmed with you by the provider before delivery — always confirm the final terms directly with the provider servicing your rental before the container is delivered.
4. Additional charges
Charges beyond a quoted flat rate typically arise only in circumstances such as: weight overage above the stated allowance; extended rental beyond the agreed period; a dry-run charge where a truck attends but cannot deliver or collect because access is blocked, the driveway is unplowed, or the container is overloaded; relocation of a container after it has been set; and the cost of handling prohibited material placed in the container. These are disclosed to you by the provider at the time of booking.
5. Prohibited materials
Regardless of which provider services your rental, dumpster containers may not contain: paint, solvents or oils; tires; batteries; hazardous chemicals; propane tanks or gas cylinders; medical waste; liquids of any kind; asbestos-containing material; refrigerant-containing appliances; electronics restricted from disposal under New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) guidance; ammunition or explosives; radioactive material; or anything else classed as hazardous under federal, New York or local law. You remain responsible for the contents of any container placed at your site.
6. Placement, access and permits
You are responsible for ensuring the placement area is legal, safe, accessible and able to bear the weight of a loaded container and truck, and for identifying underground utilities, septic systems, wells, irrigation lines and invisible fencing — call Dig Safely New York (call 811 before you dig) before any digging. Where a container is placed on a public street or right-of-way, you are responsible for obtaining any permit required by City of Buffalo or the relevant town, and for any required signage, reflectors or barricades.
7. Independent-provider liability
The provider that fulfills your rental is an independent business and is not an employee, contractor or agent of Blue Bull, and it sets its own pricing, terms and schedule. Blue Bull disclaims liability for the acts, omissions, pricing, service quality, timeliness, property damage or contractual performance of any provider we connect you with, beyond the reasonable care we take in referring only to providers who represent themselves to us as licensed and insured. Any dispute over the price charged, the condition of the container, delivery timing, property damage, or the conduct of a provider's driver or crew is a matter between you and that provider, though we will make reasonable efforts to help relay and resolve a complaint.
8. No warranty
This website and the referral service described on it are offered "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to a provider's availability. We take reasonable steps to refer only to providers who represent themselves to us as licensed and insured to haul in New York, but we do not guarantee a provider's ongoing compliance, conduct or performance.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Bull's total liability arising from your use of this website or our referral service is limited to the amount of referral compensation we received in connection with your specific request, if any. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or project delay, arising from a provider's performance.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Blue Bull against claims, penalties and costs arising from prohibited material placed in a container by you or anyone at your site, from placement on land you did not have authority to use, or from your failure to obtain a required permit.
11. Force majeure
Blue Bull is not liable for a provider's delay or failure to deliver, service or collect a container caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including lake-effect snow and winter storms, severe weather, road closures, weight restrictions imposed under New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) rules, landfill closures, equipment failure or labor disruption.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and the state and federal courts located in Erie County, New York shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this website.
13. Dispute resolution
Before pursuing formal action, please contact us at (716) 274-8073 or info@bluebulldumpsterrental.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally, including by relaying it to the provider that serviced your rental. Nothing here limits either party's right to seek relief in a court of competent jurisdiction as described above.
14. Website use
Content on bluebulldumpsterrental.com is provided for general information about dumpster rental in Buffalo and Erie County. It is not legal, engineering or regulatory advice, and municipal rules change. Always verify permit requirements and disposal rules with the relevant authority, and confirm final pricing and terms directly with the provider before the container is delivered.
